Ingredients, allergens & food care
Our gifts are made to order, with chocolate, toppings and finishing touches chosen for each design. Here you will find information about our range and what to check before ordering or enjoying your gift.
Our chocolate
We use Callebaut chocolate, with a choice of milk, white or dark chocolate. Select one type or combine any two in your enquiry — for example, milk & white or dark & white.
Coconut, nuts & other ingredients
Coconut and nuts are used in the ChocoBerries range. Ingredients vary by product, chocolate choice, filling and decoration. This overview describes our range; it is not an ingredient list for an individual gift.
Nuts are handled in production. Please do not assume that a product is nut-free because nuts are not shown in its photograph or mentioned in its name.
Allergen information for your gift
Each selection needs its own ingredient and allergen information, including the chocolate, toppings, fillings and decorations. Dark chocolate should not be assumed to be milk-free, and choosing a particular chocolate does not establish suitability for an allergy.
For information about a specific gift, email ivka9981@yahoo.ie with the product name and your preferred chocolate combination. Please obtain and review the written allergen information for your exact selection before confirming an order or making payment.
If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, contact Ivana before ordering so she can assess whether your request can be accommodated. We do not describe our range as allergen-free.
When buying a gift for someone else, please pass the product’s ingredient, allergen and care information to the recipient and anyone sharing it.
Dubai-style chocolate
Dubai-style chocolate is planned for a future addition to our range. Please contact Ivana about availability. Ingredient and allergen information will relate to the specific recipe offered.
Caring for your gift
Follow the storage instructions and use-by date supplied for your particular gift. These depend on its ingredients and preparation. If any care instructions are missing or unclear, contact Ivana before storing or serving the product.
Do not consume food after its use-by date or if you suspect it is unsafe.
Decorations & gifts for children
Remove packaging and all non-edible decorations and supports before eating. Depending on the design, these may include flowers, picks or skewers. If you are unsure whether a decoration is edible, check with Ivana before serving.
For gifts intended for children, an adult should check the contents, remove non-edible parts and supervise consumption.
